Meet The Instructor
If Jeff looks and sounds familiar, you may recognize him from his 30-day How to Meditate program. A self-described writer, meditation teacher, and all-round fallible human being, Jeff is known for his dynamic and accessible style of teaching. “I like to teach people to be their own teachers,” Jeff says. “That’s the philosophy behind the ‘How to Meditate’ course I made for Calm, and that’s the philosophy with the Daily Trip as well. We can all learn to take charge of our mental health, and when we do, we get better at helping everyone else.”
What To Expect
We call this series the Daily Trip because these meditations are adventurous and exploratory—and yes, they might feel like a mini “trip” for your mind. “Think of these sessions as applied mind-body adventures,” Jeff says. “At times, they may feel strange, exciting, but they are all designed to generate learning and insight. As we get more literate about our own nervous systems, we get better at applying that learning out in the world.”
