Finding the Best Diet for Eating Disorder Recovery is Easy
For people struggling with eating disorder recovery, everything about food and eating is complicated, so I can appreciate that it can be difficult to revel in that simplicity. I was a personal trainer for a decade and spent that timing logically knowing what I needed to do to fuel my body properly and develop a healthy relationship with food, but I still couldn’t manage to do it for so long.
